Teething Fun Times

This week Corynn was working on getting in several new teeth. Nothing has popped through yet, but her top teeth on either side of the front ones are likely the next ones to appear. Now that she doesn't have a pacifier, her fingers spend a lot of time in her mouth; and although she's never been a big drooler, that's come along too!

On Friday - Kevin's day off - he and Corynn hung up the hammock in our back yard. We put it up every year, and usually take it down for the winter. This year we just took our time hanging it back up. Low and behold, Corynn LOVES the hammock. I watched from inside as Corynn laid down in it for the first time and didn't move for about 15 minutes. Kevin said he thought she was going to fall asleep in it she was so relaxed. Now she goes from her "red swing" to the hammock, back and forth until we just about can't take it any more! Too bad it's not a safer (and cooler) place to take a nap, or she probably would!

Corynn doesn't mind wearing this hat at all (thankfully), and even kept it on to eat lunch one day

Usually very curious to see what I'm making for supper, this evening Corynn found a new "step stool" to bring to the kitchen so she could see what I was cooking up. So creative!

Still fascinated with small places she can fit into and always asks to be shut in, even in the darkness.
