Corynn discovered that she can blow bubbles and does it ALL of the time now. By the end of the day her tops (and ours) have wet stains on them from all the drool running down her chin.
She also seems to be noticing different textures as well. She often scratches the couch and pillows when I put her over my shoulder to burp her, she feels our shirts, and has been seen petting some of her stuffed animals as well. If she's not touching something, then she's holding her little fists up in the air and stares at them - perhaps realizing their attached to her body.
On Saturday my aunt Linda hosted a beautiful baby shower for Corynn! It was a brunch shower with some of our good friends from church. Unfortunately only a few people were able to make it to the shower, but that made for an intimate gathering and everyone got plenty of time to hold Corynn. The food was amazing and Corynn got a lot of great gifts! Thank you Linda for hosting such a wonderful event!
