I forgot to mention last week that Corynn has rolled over several times in the past few weeks. Her first successful roll was on March 17 and she did it twice - from tummy to back. It took her a week before she did it again, and she's only done it one other time since then. So even though the event is few and far between, I think we're making progress.
On Thursday of this week, I spent the entire day (out of the house from 5am to 7pm) at a training in Kansas City for the bank. It was the first time I was away from Corynn for more than just a few hours, but we both survived. My mom spent the day at our house with Corynn, and although Corynn was pretty serious all day (she could tell something was different), they both had a good day together.
This weekend we had a blizzard and were snowed in for several days. In fact, Friday night we lost power so we had a slumber party in the basement next to the fireplace overnight. Unfortunately Corynn isn't quite old enough to enjoy the snow, so we didn't even go out and play in it.
This video is from a few weeks ago, but shows just how active and wiggly our little girl can be. (Sorry it's sideways, and don't adjust your volume because there's no sound on this video!)
Here are just a couple photos from this week - March 23-29:
