During Labor Day weekend we painted our nursery! With the help of my mom and sister-in-laws (and some handyman work by my brother-in-law), we made quick work of it. (Kevin was in Seattle for the long weekend, so he missed out on all the fun!)
Here are the before and during photos. (I guess I haven't taken any official "after" photos yet.)
I think it looks great and finally at least one room in our house doesn't have white walls. Thanks to this room's big closet space - with dresser, shelves, and hanging rod - we don't need a lot of extra furniture for the room. All we need now is a comfy glider rocker and the nursery is complete - furniture-wise at least!
Once the crib is put back together, I'll post an official "after" photo.
