Corynn's birthday wish was for a butterfly themed party this year, so we attempted that on Sunday, December 13 with our families present for a quiche supper and cake and ice cream.
She requested a butterfly cake in her favorite colors - pink, purple, and blue.
On her actual birthday - Dec. 15 - she opened a few more presents before school and enjoyed candles in chicken nuggets for supper that evening.
Stephan and I met Corynn for lunch at school on her special day, then returned later in the afternoon with birthday treats for her class. I found this cute idea for butterfly cupcakes we brought to share with her classmates.
