Trip to the Zoo

On Saturday, May 8 we were able to take advantage of cheap zoo tickets (thanks to PAT Marion County and aunt Pam) so my mom and dad and I took Corynn to the Sedgwick County Zoo. We arrived at 9:45am and left around 1pm. We visited the petting zoo, the penguins, the BIG animals, monkeys, gorillas, and tigers! Corynn seemed to enjoy the penguins the most and in most of the other cages and pens she got more excited about the random birds that flew in rather than the actual zoo animal! Oh well! Overall, I think we all had a great time and the weather was perfect as well.

And after our adventures at the zoo we all enjoyed a delicious lunch at Old Chicago. Thanks mom and dad for a great Saturday!
