Trip to Texas

The highlight of this week was our quick weekend trip to Dallas, TX. Kevin's last triathlon of the season was Sunday in Dallas, so my parents and the three of us travelled to Texas Saturday morning and came back Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately it was cold and rainy on Sunday, so race conditions were that great for spectators or athletes, but we still bundled up and cheered on our favorite competitor.

In other news, I've been attempting to teach Corynn a few words in sign language and this week she caught on to "all done" and signed it back to me on Monday. It looks more like two hands waving bye and I don't think she understands what it means, but she does it fairly consistently when I ask her if she's all done.

Here are a few photos from this week - Oct. 5-11:

Kevin and Corynn were packing for the weekend trip and came out of our bedroom looking like this. (Corynn is styling Kevin's race jersey from last year - as a dress.)
