4 Months Old

On Wednesday, Corynn turned 4 months old! I can't believe that 1/3 of her first year has gone by already.

This was a busy week for our family! Corynn and I spent Monday afternoon at the bank and Thursday morning at Living Rooms by Gayle (my other part-time job). We were all in Hutch by 6am Saturday to help set-up for the MCC 5k run and spent the rest of the morning in Hutch as well. Sunday was another early morning as Kevin had a triathlon in Emporia and we needed to leave home around 6:30am. Then we had a family gathering for lunch later Sunday afternoon.

Friday morning was Corynn's 4 month check-up with her doctor, as well as another set of immunizations. She measured 11 pounds 4.6 ounces, and 24 1/2 inches. That ranked her in the 6th percentile for weight and 58th for height. Although she is small, everything else seemed to check out all right, and we got the go ahead to start feeding her rice cereal! That should be a fun adventure!

(Check back soon for a video of Corynn rolling over! I finally captured the event on camera, but haven't had time to upload it yet.)
Here are a few of her 4-month photos as well as one from the tri - week of April 13-19:
